Package (PDF)

• Proposal — research background and motivation, objectives, methodology, and possible outcomes (≤10 pages recommended).
• Resume — academic CV highlighting publications and relevant experience.
• Transcript — official or attested copy showing UG and (if applicable) PG results.

Use the cycle year’s published rubric when preparing your package. Department leadership may confirm nominations per departmental policy.

How do I get an application token? Ask your supervisor to email the apply address using the official nomination template (see Application guidelines).

Is a transcript mandatory? Yes. Applications without an official or attested transcript PDF may be held from reviewer assignment unless an explicit, documented admin exception is recorded for that cycle.

What are the official award names? EEE Alumni Excellence Award and Prof. Mohammad Ali Choudhury Memorial Award (one each semester). This portal refers to them jointly as the postgraduate fellowship.

Can I edit after submit? No — contact the fellowship admin if a correction is required.

Who sees my files? Assigned reviewers and admins only. Public pages never show transcripts or full proposals.

Is the AI score final? No. AI pre-screening is advisory. The Working Committee and admins make award decisions.
